It seems to be easy to produce the indoor LED screens with SMD 3in1 LEDs, as long as one manufacturer has the machines and workers, and it's even no necessary to consider the factor of waterproof characteristics…But in fact, it's not easier at all, than to produce the outdoor led screens.
There is one very crucial point that easily be ignored by most the LED display manufacturers: it is the moisture-resistance design. The encapsulation material of indoor SMD3528 LED is easily affected by the moisture. And it would result the falling off between the red color LED chip and the chip set. So if it's not well processed, it would make the red LED "dead", and the whole LED screen would be out of control.
We must admit that this dangerous case couldn't happen in all the indoor LED screens, which are not considerate as for in this point, but the possibility does exists, and there's no reason to risk anyhow with the big invest. Taking one example, if your indoor LED screen power on each day and running for some time, the possibility of mulfunction is lower than the LED screens in long period power-off status. That's because the heat of the LED screen may "cure" the panel itself – the heat prevent the moisture away.
When we produce the indoor LED screens, we would process the screen surface with a special technology that we call "dip glue", which makes our indoor LED screen resist the moisture. So even the indoor LED screen keeps long time power off status and without the air condition, when you turn on the LED screen, it's "healthy".
