What is the most important thing, in the mind of a led display manufacturer? Just like most the good questions ever and all over the world, it is too difficult to answer. Is the answer MARGIN, MARKETING SHARE, or REPUTATION? We agree all are very important for a fast growing led display supplier, but not enough. In our opinion, it is very important to get the satisfy feedback from our clients. And it would be perfect if we've done better than their expection.
Taking an example of 100 sq.m led displays, most the led screen manufacturers would prefer to produce them for one project only. In this way, for the same margin it would require less energy of the manufacturers to accomplish it, and one professional sale engineer will service it well from the very beginning process of the project, till the final installation. It is really nice situation, and certainly we are 100% willing to do this kind led display projects.
But if there's any chance for us to make a choice, we'd prefer to do 30 projects with each the size of 3SQ.M only, and for 30 clients. The reason is certainly not we prefer rise the cost of our human source and energy for no aim. In fact, if we do 30 projects for 30 clients, we would get the satisfy feedback for 30 times. And we have the confidence.
All things have the internal connections, just like the islands – no island really exists independantly, all are connected with the land, under hundreds meters deep of water. So how it would be, if we get the satisfy feedback from 30 clients? There would be 30 partners of Dakco, honestly speaking, that means the margin, marketing share, and reputation; in addition, our stuff would be inspired by 30 different praising words, which means the great confidence, and great motive power.
The outdoor LED programmable sign in the picture is actually the full color led display with P31.25mm dot pitch, and the size is 28m x 20m. This led sign system is TCP and with RJ45 communication.
